Annabelle Gurwitch

Annabelle Gurwitch (born April 14 1970) is an American comedian, writer as well as a host on TV. Her most famous part was hosting on Dinner and a Movie. Also, she has an intense fascination with environmental causes as well as humanism. Annabelle Gurwitch, a New York Times best-selling author and highly acclaimed actress, is The New York Times's Top-Seller author of her memoirs: Wherever You Are There They are I See You Made An Effort I Say Tomato You say I'm fired, and you Speak Shut Up And fired. which was also a Showtime Comedy Special. Gurwitch is well known for her long tenure hosting TBS Dinner & a Movie. She also has been featured on shows such Better Things Boston Legal Seinfeld Dexter Murphy Brown. The shows she has appeared on regularly are on PBS Newhour Real Time Bill Maher as well as NPR. Additionally, she writes op eds which are featured in the New York Times WSJ The Hollywood Reporter and satires for The New Yorker & McSweeneys. Her work has been recognized by critics for her work in the theatre, appearing in The New York Times and Los Angeles Times.
